Default Just ordered a cusco 5pt w/ harness bar

Just trying to see what im geting myself into with this 5pt cusco cage. Has anyone else installed a similar cage? I was trying to see pics of where the top folds down to see where the bar goes exactly and how much room you have to work with while the top is down, Or if you have to do the majority of it with the top up. Im assuming it will come with directions but im just trying to get a heads up. So please post pics of where the bar goes through the plastic tray where the top sits when its down. Thanks alot guys!

Where did you order it from? How long are you waiting to get it? I know cusco usa does not stock the 5pt and i am thinking about getting one.

Heres a link to a thread in the gallery with cage pics.

the tray needs to be trimmed if you want to keep it. The easiest way to install it is by keep the top open halfway. heres a little more info:

Awesome, Thanks guys. I actually bought it from a friend of mine who lives in texas. He had it for his car but never even opened the box yet. He has a kid on the way so time for him to kiss the S goodbye. $700 shipped to md from tx isnt too bad.

Just installed my Safety21 6 pt cage a week ago...it's not that hard. Everything fits perfectly. The top sits over it very nicely. A good 4-5 hours with a lot of patience! However, the rear bolts were a PITA! I did it by myself, but having another person to help would make things easier/faster.

I'll post better pics later on today.
