Default lightweight suspension replacement parts?

What parts of the suspension can be replaced with lightweight aftermarket parts?

The Goal is the same or better performance but with less weight?

1. I know about wilwood BBK. 20-30lbs weight savings

2. ?

3. ?

i was eyeballing some coil overs which should be lighter than the stock setup, but my question really has to do with subframes, control arms, leading arms, sway bars, rear strut bars etc.

LoL

you might as well go buy another car. I doubt any aftermarketer can fabricate anything on your list in quality and lightweight.

i'm sure the suspension arms that a few jdm tuners have produced are lighter.

one the comes to mind is Ikeya formula, but setting it all definitely requires some knowledge

there are subframes as well i believe, from places like Jun Auto, ASM, J's Racing etc.

but the price will definitely be up there.

TCD has billet aluminum front upper A arms that might be lighter than stock steel ones.

Ikeya Formula does have somce nice componets as I am ordering some soon. If you want to get into weight savings then there is plenty that you can do. It just depends how hardcore you want to get with it. My shop here is going to be fabricating me componets out of chromoly tubing that will replce the stock chassis. Cutting and removing parts then using lightweight componets to strengthen the car. Tubuar subframe and other componets can be made but at a premium price. Look at the Opera S2000. We are doing alot of the same stuff to this chassis. Tons of weight will be dropped. In the future we will have parts made that are going to be chassis related but at the current moment its hard to tell when that will be avalible to everyone.
