There are Spoon products that I would consider such as the discontinued SW388's (made by Desmond), Spoon steering wheel, If the release the version of their exhuast that was pictured in the latest version of hyper rev (not the N1), Radiator Hoses, Kevlar snorkal, and res covers.
either the way though, i really wish they could still make the sw388's, i love those wheels and they are amazing quality. did desmond close down? i never did understand the reasoning.
I appreciate the feedback!
I honestly always have the toda and Js header in mind and Berk now, its just that there is one used one for sale at the moment so Im considering it, the seller slashed around 1/3 of brand new price.
Parts for s2000 are rarely in stock here as it is not a very common car (good in a way) and I bought the spoon thermostat as that was all I could find, but I did get mugen fanswitch and radiator cap\
Iam in the market for the spoon ETD though, looks good and this one happens to be cheaper than the others- I just gotta email these shops again as they are not returning my emails

You cannot run the Mugen Fan Switch and Spoon Thermo, you will throw a Cell. You have to etiher run both Spoon Fan Swith and Thermo, or Both Mugen.
As far as mods I am running K&N FIPK kit, Mugen 2.2l Header, Berk Test Pipe, and Toda exhaust
I had the test pipe, intake and exhaust before I installed the header and I am quite pleased with the outcome. Below 3500 or so rpms there is not much difference, but after that the car seems to pull very well (smoother powerband).
FYI...When you put a header on the car the engine sound changes (sounds almost like a small exhaust leak or something) Dont worry about it it is normal. The material in aftermarket headers is thinner than OEM and makes it sound that way.
As far as the exhaust you will be running, I would totally recommend the fujitsubo it is a really nice exhaust and is very affordable. Also your car will not be too much louder than stock with that setup
Yes, I dono the length to which it would happen. But it will eventually from what I read. They are both set at different temps...and won't work with each other cause the Spoon runs colder then the Mugen.

neveronlines2k- any chance of a sound clip of toda exhaust? whats the sound like? is it similar to hks dual? gains?
I wish I could send you a sound clip, but I cant even post pics on the web
I only have access to a computer at work and am very limited to what I can do.
You wouldn't happen to be planning a trip to Southern California any time soon? just kidding... I will try and contact some other members of this site around me and see if I could get a sound clip of my car on this thread.
The sound is really nice, there is no drone at all, but at wot the sound is fairly aggressive (not like an invidia though) If you have heard a Mugen exhaust it is pretty similiar to it in sound maybe a little louder/deeper. after adding the test pipe the volume did increase and I have noticed it has gotten a little bit louder with use.
As far as increases, I gained a little from the weight reduction (half the weight of stock under 29lbs). Before I had the test pipe me and my friend did a friendly pull from about 15mph to about 80 and we had identicle mods with the exception of the exhausts he is running J's 60mm single, we were side by side the entire time. He may be making more power on a dyno, but nothing you could notice while driving. Hope this helps
