4-2-1 is for more low/mid range power gains...
4-1 is more for top end power...

I have the lightened flywheel and front/rear chassis braces on mine. The braces are great and easy to install, but I would highly recommend an experienced garage in your area install the flywheel (maybe along with a clutch swap) due to the hours Honda calls for when removing the tranny. Its no joke.

My .02 for you.

Ooops sorry, forgot to add where you can order Spoon parts.

Inlinefour.com definitely sells them.

Japanparts.com might and probably has them.

Bulletproofautomotive.com should carry Spoon parts too.

www.inlinefour.com can get JDM parts Spoon, Mugen, Buddy club, and JDM honda parts

Header - is a nice piece I personally like the Toda and Mugen better after comparing all three I like the welds on the Toda the best it is a work of art.

Exhaust - is cheaper than most others, makes power and is a lot lighter than stock. down side is its very loud (cat removed its almost unbearable). I like the Toda Dual and J's Racing single/ dual better same weight savings and much quieter (Referring to the J's 60rr single).

Front Tower bar is a waste of money does not really do anything on the S2000. Looks good though.

Rear Tower bar should stiffen up the back a little (better of the two mods)

Throttle body - It will help airflow, but you want you can get an OEM one bored out to spoon specks (Thats what spoon does). It will save you some money and no one but you will know the difference.

I am not trying to knock spoon parts I have used allot of there parts on my prev car. most of their parts are designed to be lighter than stock and reliable. I just feel that for what you will spend on spoon you could spend a little extra on Mugen or J's or Toda and get a higher quality part IMO.

AJ Racing

For best quality and performance header, I would go J's instead of Spoon. Dyno results proven J's makes the most power among most of the headers on the market.

I agree with you. I would never shop for S2000 parts on inlinefour.com. They cater pretty much to the FWD civic/integra/prelude crowd.

AJ Racing
Opak Racing

Both will have everything you need. They even have some rare parts in stock.
