Should have posted this yesterday
my header is in the mail from another company that does not give S2ki discounts.
also got the Mugen PP at the same time.

Are you able to get all Mugen parts?

Might be a while until the next mod (Mugen hood) I have the Seibon version but want to go all authentic Mugen.

sure, you should check out our website. We have pretty much the entire mugen catalog listed on our website.

bulletproffautomotive

I have ordered a couple of different things from you mostly the CUSCO stuff.

back on topic

I will post dyno as soon as I get the header installed
might be a while since it still needs to be coated by Jet-hot and would be doing the clutch change out with the new flywheel at the same time since removing the header makes it easer to drop the engine for the tyranny removal.

humm I am gong to check bullet... for the new flywheel

no worries, I'll have you covered with whatever you get. Toda seems to be the recommended flywheel of choice at the moment, but whatever you need we'll end up at the best price for you.

Question...

I have read in this forum that the stock exhaust is a very good flowing exhaust and little is gained from aftermarket.

If i were to run (insert brand) intake, J's or Mugen 2.2l header, test pipe, and STOCK exhaust.. would the stock exhaust be the limiting factor? ie.. would i lose anything (hp/tq) as opposed to aftermarket dual?

Dual - you probably wouldn't lose too much. Compared to aftermarket single - you would be.

I think i'm one of rare person w/ mugen 2.2l header here.

after installing on my stock.
i notice my car w/ stock exhaust sounds deeper after 3.5k rpm and flows a little more, if i stick my hand on the exhaust tip.

i notice while installing the header, the donet gasket is very loose compare to stock. i haven't measure the collector, but i think it's smaller than stock.

i need to get my dyno'ed soon.

Wow !!!! I really want to get the header to match the exhaust but can't do it yet as I am doing a comptech upgrade

I would really like to see if the dyno really makes any difference, have you ever dyno your car before ?

If we get enough people to agree maybe we can pay for you dyno BEFORE and AFTER dyno. I will pay 20. 00 to get that from you. Any other takers ?

I will take you money for a dyno run
how much do you pay for dyno services

My local dyno rates
20 per pull
30 per pull with wideband
100 for full hr no wideband
120 for full hr with wideband
170 for 1 hr with wideband and tunning services.
