They've been doing it for years, HKS, Toda, etc have always had these miracle belts that they charge $150+ for that anybody can find at Autozone. Of course they always claim to be a higher quality.

i'd assume it's similar to a power pully upgrade where they don't actually ADD power...but more or less "free up" power.
