Header feels nice all the way through the RPM band and has a great tone to it with the invidia testpipe + OEM exhaust. The quality of the header is excellent; welds look great, ports are all smooth with no imperfections, and it shaves off a good couple lbs. I got mine for 100$ so im happy =P

the way that plot looks, all jagged and nasty, I'd imagine with a VAFC and a good tune, you could probably net 212-214whp with a smoother band and better torque.

Being jagged has nothing to do with power loss... If you look at the AFR you will notice that the later runs are a lot richer than the baseline run so I guess it has already been tuned with a VAFC or EMS.. Learn to read the graph ...

^^The probe must have not been on the car for the blue run because no AFR is that straight.

The jaggedness just means the dyno doesn't have smoothing on.

Alex...your baseline on Shawn's Magic Dyno is only 3-4bhp higher than most stock AP2s make on his dyno. With all the mods you had without the tune, you should have been making at least 8bhp more... at a minimum...and 10-12bhp is more likely. So something in your set up is holding your car back. It's not likely to be the exhaust or the Berk cat or any of the intake mods.
