Default Opinions on J's aero parts

**There's only about a $100 or so difference between CF and fiberglass for these parts, which is why I'm asking the questions**

Well I'm set on getting the J's Type-S rear and sides, but I'm not sure if I should go with the CF or fiberglass ones.

The sides, I'm going to leave the little fins that stick out black, so having the CF on there would look great, however, I'm thinkin all the dirt and rocks are going to chip away at it til theres nothing left. Could I just clear coat it like 4 more times to protect it, or should I just get fiberglass and have it repainted/fixed every once in a while?

And as for the rear, is it worth it to get carbon fiber? Can I even paint the rear if it comes in CF?

I plan on getting the Amuse front bumper, so I dont care for the J's front. I'm just not sure if it's worth the extra 100 dollar bling of CF for these parts. The Amuse is fiberglass anyway...

So?

what other carbon fiber parts do you have? If not many or your not going to get much i say stick with the frp and paint the whole skirt the color of the car. If you get CF it wont chip. Look how many cf front lips on any car are out there. I had 1 on my evo slammed to the ground and the clear wasnt flaking. just have the guy that paints it fdo a good job with clearing it. maybe 1 or 2 extra coats of clear for insurance. as for the rear paint it 1 color and be done. If you go with the cf side skirts tho. Check out the top secret rear cf diffuser. Import racer last year has a suzuka blue s2k with the full j's kit and the top secret rear cf diffuser and looks tight. plus with both pieces in CF itll match up way better than just the sides in CF.

Keep us up to date!

Post the pic. That would be interesting.

BTW...I would do CF if its only $100 more for you. You can always paint the CF later if it gets messed up.
