Default Prodrive GC-07C Rims

So im kinda falling in love with these rims and i was wonering how the s2000 fitment is.

Are these rims cast or forged also? Im pretty sure they are a light weight cast rim, but i want to be sure.

They make various offsets, and I know a few members on here have these rims, but what size will clear spoon calipers and not rub or stick out past the OEM fenders.

So will a

17x7.5 +48 front
17x8.5 +54 rear

work out ok.

According to Prodrive's website, they are forged. I believe ASM sizes are 17x7.5+48 17x8.5+54. Chris will probably know more about the brake clearances.

I think 17x7.5 +44 17x8.5 +54 would be better for your setup. This setup should clear the Spoon calipers.

The GC-07's Wheels are forged. Made by Volk to prodrive specs. You should not have a problem clearing spoon rotors. A freind has them with GC-05's and I dont think he is running spacers.

You should be golden. Love your car BTW!

J's AP1 says they can clear Spoon calipers. He also told me before that you need the +44 offset to clear the bigger brakes such as Endless and Project Mu.

correct. You need a +44 to clear the Endless and Project Mu

If you dont want to stick out, +48 will be fine. You can clear Spoon, Stoptech, Wilwood, Brembo GT, and AP Racing. No need to how the front fender roll if you have 215 tires. 225 will require you to roll.

I have JsAP1's GC-07s.

They are +44 and clears my Spoon calipers with like an inch of clearance and he had the endless BBKs and of course it cleared.

They're 15.8lbs in the F and 16.5lbs in the R.
