Default Project Mu pads

I was just curious if anybody here uses Project mu pads. I am interested in the NS or B force pads and was curious how they compare to stock in performance and noise and dust levels. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I can let you know in a month or two. I'm sponsored by them, and will be running them this season. From what I've heard they have a wide operating range, but dust is high. Look for a review from me later...

I'm running the 4pot forged kit right now with the B-forces (4 pad), and had them with my spoon calipers before... they bite, but they are pretty dusty... I would recommend them for street/spirited driving... I've never felt them fade on the street or under hard load, but I never tracked on them...

Wow thats awesome, how do the mu calipers and spoon calipers compare?? Are the pads noisy? What wheels do you use with the mu calipers? I heard the Mu 4pot is a big as the endless six. Thanks

well, the Mu are definately MUCH bigger than the spoons. Both are nice, but the Mus feel like they have more punch as far as initial bite. Pads are a little noisy at first, but they aren't like running the Kais or a full metal or carbon pad... I am running 18" volk sf challenges right now, with a +34 front offset. I am using a 5mm spacer as well due to the internal lip in the SFs... there is so little clearence it makes me a bit nervous, but I've been waiting for the new volks to come out this past TAS before I made a desicion on which way I went, either Advans again, or another set of Volks... Eddie said he fit the kit under a set of 17" LE28ns, but I seem to recall he had the smaller rotor option, while I got the 13.5" rotors I think (I haven't seen my car in a while, so it kinda fades in and out ha ha...)... My buddy just sent in the install of them on my car for either the next issue of HCI, or the one after that... all depends on what else is in the issue... I don't have any pics with the new brakes on since I drove it almost immediately to another shop to finish up my turbo setup... If you are interested in purchasing the pads or whatever, hit me up via PM...
