Default Question about suspensions

Hey Maxrev or anybody else that has driven both, how do the J's SPL coilovers compare to the Tein SRC? Are either one streetable if you turn the valving down? Does one feel harsher or stiffer then the other? Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks

Why not go with maybe a spring upgrade first? Why dive all into buying a very expensive suspension? AJPwr is the only one with the Crux suspension and the Tein your asking about, I doubt more than 3 sets out there right now.. So you wont get to much feedback on them. Best thing is to keep your options open and look around some more.

When I was still looking for coilovers, I asked Ben about the Crux system. He told me that the Crux suspension adjusters move Bump and Rebound at the same time and that they were not independently adjustable. I know that on the SRC, the Rebound and Bump are independent.

If you check J's Racing site they are two types of Crux Engineering Suspension listed, and yes they are adjusted in every aspect. A future mod to come!

Am posting here the link which is already translated with "Translator Internet". I hope it works on your computer as well.
If the first link doesnt work, try the second one.

So the Difference is that one you can adjust bump and rebound separately and the other one adjusts both bump and rebound at the same time? Oh and they have a remote resevour on all four dampers right? The pic isn't for the ap1 application is it?
