Default Recommend me a header for my setup

Ok ive heard J's is pretty much the best header.

However given my mods in my (signature) which one would compliment my setup, im not entirely sure what i want i guess better acceleration, but i know some headers have better top end lower end.

Also is there a risk of running a header with my given mods, with the car running too lean/rich?. I "dont" have an aftermarket ECU.

Thanks again, an s2k owner from across the pond.

J's header or the new T1R header (pending dyno results)

I have the J's header and a T1R 70mm V3 on the way.

If you're looking for some mid-range gain I think Mugen is something to consider. I have the Mugen header matched with a Mugen exhuast. I haven't dyno'd it yet so I can't confirm the actual gain, just another option. VTEC seems to smoother during the transition. Just my 2 cents. GL on your decision.

Isn't the J's the one that's super-tight to install? Unless you're FI(which I can see you're not), I'm not sold on the fact that it's necessarily the best option. Forgive me, but I do not have a solid recommendation for you. I have only used the Comptech(4-1) and currently, Rick's(similar to the Mugen[4-2-1]).

My tuner believes that one should go as large as possible to simulate an open-header system.

Hytech hands down, it's the only header where you actually get what you pay for performance wise.
