Rick's badge on J's Racing Brochure?

This is the front cover of the J's Racing Aerohood brochure. Is this Rick's "S" badge on the J's Racing S2k or is the Rick's badge a replica of another aftermarket S2000 badge?

Looks like Rick's original design badge to me. The latest ones don't have the "2000" underneath. Something to do with a "snit fit" from Honda.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't the Rick's badge *not* have a border around it? That looks more like an OEM badge in its construction (save for the design).

Hard to tell from that picture, but it may simply be a Rick's "S" badge stuck over top of one of those black chrome "H" badges. It looks like it's got 3 distinct layers in it.

So at one time Rick's badge did have the 2000 at the bottom?
