Default Spoon suspension

Figured this may get some response in the JDM forum...
I was looking into two different types of suspension: the adjustable dampers, and the fixed damper with progressive springs.
I couldn't find any info with searching (using Google) so does anyone know: how much does each different set-up drop the car (obviously the first is adjustable, but what is lowest and highest setting). How stiff is the ride of each? And lastly, is a camber kit needed with the fixed dampers, and at what lowering point is it needed on the adjustables?
Thanks for any info,
Jakup

Jakup,

The ride of the Spoon ADJ damper varies to the spring rates that you will be running (ofcuz we have to consider your road condition as well). The STD rate F.14k R.12k, ride quality is good not too stiff at 1 or 2 setting. It can be as hard as a rock when it's at 4 or 5. With the highest ride height setting, there will be about 2 finger gap. With softer springs, the ride will be lower even at the highest setting so ride height will be afeected by spring rate as well.

The progressive springs lowered the car by 20mm. It's PROGRESSIVE so it has better ride over stock linear springs. The Fix damper, I have no expierence on them for the s2k cuz the price for the springs + dampers, you can end up with a set of decent coil-over setup like T1R IMO.
