Default Spoon suspension

I was looking into two different types of suspension: the adjustable dampers, and the fixed damper with progressive springs.
I couldn't find any info with searching (using Google) so does anyone know: how much does each different set-up drop the car (obviously the first is adjustable, but what is lowest and highest setting). How stiff is the ride of each? And lastly, is a camber kit needed with the fixed dampers, and at what lowering point is it needed on the adjustables?
Thanks for any info,
Jakup

The height adjustment for the Spoon adj dampers varies to the spring rates that you will be running so if you run their recommended setup like F.14k R.12k with the highest setting, you will have about 2 finger gap. With the lowest setting, you can go damn low

The regular Spoon progressive springs lowered the s2k by 20mm which is not a lot and the ride quality is pretty decent. Spoon fixed damper, I never tried it on s2k but I did tried on EK and DC2. There are ok but for the price for the shock and spring combo, I will suggest you to consider some coil-overs which you can adjust them to your ideal height and your driving needs.
