Nice...I really like that bar, but for me to buy it, they'd need to make it work with an ETD (J's specifically).

Now I will have both a Nuespeed bar and J's bar (because I didn't get the top bracket in shipment) and while I believe the Nuespeed offers superior stiffness to the J's I will find out after I install the J's strut bar if it doesn't feel as stiff...I believe it will still be just as good, and prettier.

on a that 4pt...I love it.

Why would't this bar work with the ETD? Ive never looked at how an ETD installs, but I thought it was a bracket that goes below the pass side strut mount, and then faces towards the fuse box, no? It should slip under the T1R bar unless there's something I'm missing.
Either way, you'll have a nice setup as well!

Ya...thats how it works, I was going to TRY and make it work with the neuspeed I have...probably have had to shave off some of the nuespeed bar and possibly some of the bracket. The problem is that the strut studs that come out are barely long enough to fit a strutbar, you know...so add another 3/16" thick bracket under there and the nuts will barely go on. I was planning to shave off 1/8" or so...but ehh, I guess its better the way it worked out.

Yea, now you guys are scaring me. I got the J's ETD. O man, hopefully it wont be too hard to put it under the T1R stb.

It can work but my guess is that you will need some modification, ie. shaving the bracket and possibly the bottom part of the strut bar where it connects to the strut tower. I mean, that WILL make it work, its just then you have to wonder about the structural integrity of everything. I think it would all still be fine...I mean, I was planning on doing it, but then the bracket didn't come with everything else so I just got the other strut bar.

My BC dampers have TONS of thread above the nut. PLENTY for the ETD bracket. SO maybe it depends on your shock bolts.

Hmmm....so the J's STB and ETD combo, are they any different in terms of allowing more threads from the stock shocks??

yes because the J's STB has the bracket incorporated into the pass side tower bracket, like a normal STB with an extra piece on the side.

Anyway, sorry Wyatt for turning this into J's ETD/STB thing...everybody, back on topic
