Angry Top Secret Diffuser Parts

Ok, well I bought a Top Secret Diffuser from a guy on here and it turned out to be a complete piece of shit, but anyways thats besides the point. I have got it fixed up pretty good using resins and a bit of fiberglass. But the douchebag also decided to rip me off by not sending me all the pieces I need to mount the diffuser. I only got the passenger side mount.

What I need is the driverside piece of carbon fiber that mounts from the diffuser to the bottom of the bumper. Is this available to buy from you guys at Bulletproof, or even directly from Top Secret? I really need one of these, because without it, my diffuser is useless.

Any help would be great!

Thanks,
Tyler

Alex Garner AKA spoiled@21, and he has been less then helpful in the situation. Not only is this piece missing, but there are about 2 10 inch long cracks, plus several other cracks in the piece. There were two previsiouly discussed damaged areas on the diffuser, which he said were not visable once installed on the car, but the damage that is done to the diffuser now, is definately visable. Now I am not saying that the damage was there prior to shipping, but he also told me that he paid for insurance in the piece, which he will not provide me with any information about. The packing on the piece was horrible, just a big open, empty box, no padding.

I know he may be a busy man, but if he is going to sell stuff on here he should at least have the decency to communicate with his buyers. Especially after I shelled out 700 USD for a piece that I can not even use.

Now with that said, he finally did email me this mornign telling me he would send me out some pictures of the diffuser previous to shipment, we will see if he comes through with that. Let's hope so. Even though it still doesn't explain the missing part.

I have tons of pictures of the damage if anyone wants to see them.

Damn bro that sucks! What are you supposed to do with an incomplete diffusor, hang it in the garage. You might have to get the other part "special ordered" from Top Secret. There's a slim chance that a company is willing to part out a new and complete diffusor. I hope everything works out for you, keep us posted.

Well I was talking to Giff at Bulletproof tonight and there wasn't much he could do for me, except tell me that this is why they advise customers to buy directly from them. And trust me, had I known that I was going to have to go through this, I would have waited and saved up the extra 400 bucks and did just that. Chances are if I do somehow magically come across this piece it will cost me as much, if not more by the time I add it on to the original price I paid then what I would have paid for a new one, and I'll still have a half assed cracked and beaten diffuser I also talked directly to a girl at Top Secret USA and she told me that Top Secret would not sell me just that piece. That I had to buy a complete diffuser to get that pice which kind of defeats the purpose

I really don't know what I am going to do, maybe I'll try my hand at moulding carbon fiber, and since Top Secret isn't willing to help me out, I'll make a knock off of their part.

Always buy from people that can be vouched for by a community leader.
