does instal it under a ings rear bumper make it lower if yes by how much ?

looks like it flexed or maybe the exhaust swayed and bumped into it.

Its actually a very flimsy piece, but it does hold up well. The only issue I had with mine was my exhaust was actually burning the cf away from the hear it let off.
