Default uprated clutch noise

Hi guys hoping you can help me
around 12 months past i had an uprated clutch fitted when i picked up the car i noticed it was noisy on over run so took it back, the guy who fitted it said it was normal and would get better with use, i gave it 3 month and if anything it made it worse. I then contacted the clutch supplier who arranged at no cost to me for Honda to fit a new uprated clutch and bearing, again same noise so i assumed this was the noise this clutch made and put it down to my bad choice
ok its now June and i managed to get hold of a new ACT clutch kit for a good price and have just had it fitted by a specialist, whilst the box was out we ran a dial test indicator over the input shaft to check if its bent, its not. its all back together and i still have this noise
The car did not make this noise before the first fitting
it makes an irritating buzz similar to a loose heat sheild at 2 to 3.5 k rpm but only on overun or engine braking, if i apply pressure to the clutch pedal it stops
new friction plate, new housing, new reliese bearing, input shaft bearing is in good condition.
I know some clutches can make a noise but this is excesive, i would never buy a car that made this noise.
HELP PLEASE

I'm no expert, but I thought this video looked applicable. I'm getting a clutch soon and am thinking of getting a new release fork just as a preventative measure.

i believe i have the exact same problem that you have. the only problem that i see with that video is that when i had my oem disc, i had NO issues with my 02 ap1 clutch. so it wouldnt make sense that once i put in my new ACT clutch, that the fork would be the cause of that noise (unless the install was not done properly, which i doubt).

i believe the buzzing might have something to do with the springs in the disc, since the OEM disc comes with metal covers over the springs, only exposing the middle portion of each of the four springs, whereas the ACT disc had all four springs completely exposed.

I could be completely wrong though.
