I think one of the T1R single exhaust was fairly quiet.

You might want to look into the Amuse Euro Single. You can also take a look at the ASM 70mm Ti, which I think you should get.

NOT! It's pretty loud.

If you want quiet and light, get the ASM exhaust. Pretty light and really quiet...but it still sounds AMAZING. very nice clean sound.

Fujitsubo is quiet and about half the weght of a stock exhaust.

The Mugen ver 1 & 2, Toda, and J's 60mm (single and dual) are all about the same as far as how loud they are, just different pitch. The ASM dual is also pretty quiet, but more money than the others.

If price is an issue, I would also look into the Trust 60mm exhaust (Bulletproof sells it), it looks to be very quiet (huge resonator, big muffler) and it's a single so you'll definately shave some weight off.

Ultimate quiet and light though, I would still get either Amuse Euro Single or ASM, I would think ASM's 60mm would be quieter than their 70mm SPL, but I haven't heard it before.

why would you want a different exhaust if you dont care about gains or how loud it is (or how quiet)... who cares about saving 45 pounds?
