Problem with including Newfoundland is that they will probably never come to a meet, so I think the title is fitting for a reasonable area. Quebec is literally across the river from Ottawa so it would make more sense to be included there.

I'm happy with the current name, but I agree that 'Maritime Provinces of Canada' would also work to include NFLD.
Don't include Quebec with us, I can't speak French anyways!
