Gauging interest in my used 4.44 gears and brand new yellow box to correct speedo error. They have been on car for about 1 year or $8k miles and make no whine noise and perform great. They are still on the car so no pictures. The yellow box sells for $90 from Ricks. I'd like to get $75 for it b/c it is brand new and not used. The gears I'll just open to discussion b/c they are used not new. New 4.77 gears go for $390 though. They are almost impossible to find and a perfect for someone who drives on highway a lot and wants a little more acceleration down low.

Does this come with the differential, or just the used gears?

Can anyone chime in on if its safe to install used gears into another differential?

Better to find someone local and just swap pumpkins. Too bad I'm nowhere near Chicago.
