Sounds like this guy should learn a lesson from the 4IG AEM clone GB.....Sellers must communicate with buyers. If not, people get pissed and the seller gets a bad rep. I was thinking of ordering....but having second thoughts now. Sellers should take a lesson from Rick Hessel. His customer service is second to none. Even if his stuff cost a little more, I'll buy it because you can count on him to deliver!

Calling wouldn't have helped (even though I did try this once too) since he's been out of the office. Here's his email response to me:

The spark plug covers will be shipping out in a week
We had a bunch but we sold them all in a hurry
so they are on backorder at the moment .
You will be getting a tracking number as soon as we ship it
