As for Noisy starter, It functions perfectly fine, it just sounds noisy as if some sort of bushing/bearing is bad in it or gears grinding. It makes the noise just applying power to it when it is fully removed from the car. However it only does it when the car is cold, once its warm it doesnt make the noise.

Shoot me an offer on the block and state how complete you want it as its fully assembled currently, also the block girdle is tapped for an oil return for a turbo but can be easily capped if you do not need it...
