Is this ideal for the drag strip? Would the casing hold up with hard launch on full slicks? Would a G force t56 dog box be more ideal for drag racing/street digs?

I try not to make claims I can't back up. I haven't had it to the strip yet on slicks, so I don't want to say one way or the other. I will say that I intended too try it out, and have a lot of faith in it as a whole. For someone who JUST wants a strong drag box above all else, a dog gear engagement probably makes the most sense. For someone who wants an all around trans that can take a beating, drives extremely well, and isn't noisy/clunky, this thing is really hard to beat.
