Not to put a damper on the plan, but the Sat meet location (Broadway at the Beach) could be a big problem. Here are road closings from last year's marathon. You may want to consider moving the cars and coffee outside of MB. Maybe Val or someone else can suggest an alternate location.
"With thousands of participants in the various events, traffic will be congested, especially between 4:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Expect delays on Kings Highway, Ocean Boulevard, Farrow Parkway, Grissom Parkway and various cross-streets. Be patient. Plan to share the road with runners during those hours, or seek an alternate route to avoid marathon traffic completely. Give yourself extra time to get to your destination.
US 17 (the "bypass") will not be affected by marathon activities, so it's the primary route for north/south travel. To reach Broadway at the Beach, use US 17 and 29th Avenue North. Below are the road closures and congestion areas to avoid.
•21st Avenue North from just north of the intersection of 21st Avenue North and Grissom Parkway, southbound on Grissom Parkway
•Grissom Parkway from 21st Avenue North to Mr. Joe White Avenue
•Mr. Joe White Avenue (one westbound lane) from Grissom Parkway to Kings Highway
•Kings Highway (southbound lanes) from Mr. Joe White Avenue to Farrow Parkway
•Farrow Parkway from Kings Highway to Johnson Street (local traffic to and from The Market Common will be able to access the area from US 17 – the "bypass" – only)
•Pampas Drive from Mallard Lake Drive to Farrow Parkway
•Johnson Street from Farrow Parkway to Nevers Street
•Hackler Street from Johnson Street to Farrow Parkway
•Nevers Street from DeVille Street to Farrow Parkway
•Howard Street from Farrow Parkway to Reed Avenue
•Emmens Avenue from Gabreski Lane to Farrow Parkway
•Farrow Parkway across Kings Highway to South Ocean Boulevard
•Ocean Boulevard (northbound lane only) to 82nd Parkway
•82nd Parkway from North Ocean Boulevard to Grand Dunes Boulevard – westbound lanes
•Grand Dunes Boulevard back to Kings Highway – eastbound lanes
•Kings Highway (southbound curb lane only) from Grand Dunes Boulevard to 65th Avenue North
•65th Avenue North (westbound lanes) to Frontage Road and East Coast Greenway
•Frontage Road-East Coast Greenway from 65th Avenue North to Granddaddy Boulevard
•Granddaddy Boulevard (all lanes), then u-turn after three-tenths of a mile
•Grissom Parkway (southbound curb lane only) from Granddaddy Boulevard to 21st Avenue North
•48th Avenue North from Grissom Parkway to Oleander Street
•Oleander Street (southbound only) from 48th Avenue North to 44th Avenue North
•44th Avenue North from Oleander Street to Mayfair Street
•Mayfair Street from 44th Avenue North to London Street
•London Street from Mayfair Street to Grissom Parkway
•Grissom Parkway from London Street to finish at TicketReturn.Com Field"

I plan on meeting you all that Friday in Charleston and heading back to MB from there (I live in Columbia). I just put in for leave on my work calendar!

An early update, the CnC on Saturday the 15th is going to have a stellar turn out. There are other groups of owners with different makes and models that are excited to show up too!
