Well i dont know if this applies, but we used to live in a house that was LITERALLY on the boundary line between two cities and counties...and we just chose one of them...

Thats what I remember, we started living in that house like 11-12 years ago so i dont remember that much...all i know is that the house was on the boundary and we just chose one...

might be different for time zones i guess...the county or state might take care of it...
