Is a MD state inspection acceptable? If so I had the car inspected when bought last October.( About 2000 miles ago. ) Is that acceptable or do i need a more recent one? If not where can i get the pre-event tech inspection sheet? Thanks for being so helpful.

No It's not.

Where are you located? We might be able to recomend a shop in your area.

I don't know anyone up there in Belair, JE Import is a shop in B-more I have dealt with James there.

Wait till the tech form is available.

You can also just find a local mechanic.

Looks like my first event this year will be the 9 Mar FATT at the Shenandoah Circuit. I still plan to get to VIR sometime this season.

I lied, my first event will be this Saturday's FATT instructor clinic. I still need to get the car aligned and finish the tar removal/wax job.
