What is the best way to get from Nashville - Knoxville TN to VIR towing a trailer? I-40 through Ashville or I-85 through Kingsport Johnson City? Really want to sign up for Oct. 10-11th weekend.
Sorry, Rob(that's your name, right?), but I'm going to go out on a limb and say none of us make our way to VIR via Tennessee.

Here's the first ten minutes of Sunday's first TT session. I do a 1:26.1 on lap 4.

I have so much to say about this weekend. From the scamper to Silver Spring, MD, to get R-888's for the r@!n to the truck's flat tire while towing the trailer in the monsoon Friday 3 miles from the track to a battle cry of a snore from Mani(scared the wits out of me at 0100 and then 0245 and... ) to a motor that wouldn't run to Saturday's wetness to running in the r@!n for an entire session with only 4 cars that quickly became only 3 cars- one of which wasn't running his headlights - to a moment of reflection Saturday early evening to getting some sleep Saturday night to perfect weather Sunday to Hoosiers masking driver deficiency to seeing some new faces as well as some dear friends to putting the car in the trailer without added damage, I'd have to say the weekend was a :WIN: for me.

I'd love to elaborate, but I'm tired. And while my very good friend George did help return me to form in the paddock( ), I must thank the entire lot of you, my support group, for helping me through a somewhat difficult time for me.

I didn't take many photos, partly because I had no batteries Saturday(thanks, Stacia). I always take a photo before an event... just in case.

Senor Jorge

George and Lou- notice the weather is quite a bit nicer than Saturday's.

Oh, look!

Weekend theme

Mani getting ready to earn the second part of his nickname!

A Keith sighting!

No wonder I can't drive... only have one good eye!

A successful weekend for Wet-n-Dry
