What a shame...yes, you dodged two big bullets, it seems. So glad you weren't hurt. You handled the car very well under the circumstances. Good luck with the repairs.

This sucks; hopefully the cop charges the dump truck driver with something and you have no problems getting everything fixed. I knwo those wheels and tires arent cheap. At least you werent hurt, good luck getting it fixed quick

man, so sad to hear about your new beemer 
but like everyone else has said, at least you're ok and that all things considered, you escaped relatively unscathed. hope you get the whole thing resolved quickly and favorably
