I think I have voiced my opinion against ever going to Heritage again. Many of you probably remember it but i totally agree with you. Their customer service is horrible and the way they treat the customers property is downright horrible. I caught them not once, but twice, abusing my car while in for an oil change.

I know im in the minority here, but Heritage has been nothing but great to me, any dealership you go to is going to have its flaws. Ive never been to the york road location, but Im assuming they do as they please because their headquarters is harford rd.

Well aware of that - just thought for some reason that they would have improved. Oh well, my fault!

Brian - is that one the one off 695 or the one near the Nissan dealer up in Bel Air?

They have the right to charge for labor and etc, but you'd think with something so damn simple they could just help a guy out. If you want, I can give you the complete service manual if you don't have it already. I find most things on the s2k were DIY if you have some basic tools and patience.
