Default Anyone want some LE1605 diff fluid?

EDIT: Case came in. PM or reply here if interested. $16/qt is the price.

Hey guys, it's time for me to change my diff fluid, and I'm looking to order some more LE1605 diff fluid. Rather than just order a few quarts at $22 each + shipping from Ricks, I figured I'd call up LE and ask them how much a case of 24 would be. Well, if enough people want some I'll order a case and the price is $16 for a quart. The price is ~$15 shipped when divvying up the case, so I'm not trying to make any money off anyone. A case is 24, and I don't mind holding on to a few extra qts, but I'd like to get most of it sold.

I'm no oil nut, but I bought a couple qts and have been running this in my diff since I got the car because it seems like the best option out there. Here's a thread from someone else on his recent oil analysis: https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/105...le1605-sae110/

If there isn't enough interest I'll just order a few qts for myself, but figure everyone can save a couple bucks. I'm located in Northern VA. Feel free to pm me or just post in this thread if you're interested and how many.

-Mike

Great diff juice! However, if you are running aftermarket gear sets, need to use Amsoil Severe Gear juice.

Ok not looking good for buying a case. I'll leave this up for about another week and we'll see if anyone else is interested.

Yep you only need 1 qt for the diff. I usually order 2 or 3 qts and change the diff fluid annually (although this might not be necessary for some people). I don't think this diff fluid is good for very cold temps, but people can search on google. For those that haven't seen this diff fluid before it's almost like a thick nasty syrup, but it seems to protect the diff so not a big deal to me.

I ordered a few quarts a couple of years back. Still have one or two. Great stuff been running it about 6 years. It's not good for extreme cold but when I called LE Customer Service about it they told me that it's good for the temps we see here. You may want to think about it if you're driving in subzero temps.
