While talking to my neighbor recently, come to find out, she worked with Cale. Small world.
Side note, I always thought those end plates looked to be installed backwards. I know I'm wrong but it looked odd.

Yea, I don't know the design philosophy behind those end plates. I tried flipping them around but they looked even funkier. I ended up replacing them with a 12" x 12" piece of aluminum.
