Sorry for the bad news, hope he wasn't a buddy of yours...

A 44-year-old McLean man died July 12 in a single-car crash near Aldie.
At about 4:20 p.m., James Gregory Planicka was driving a 2001 Honda S2000 westbound on Lenah Run Circle, about a tenth of a mile east of Hidden Valley Place, when he lost control of his vehicle, Loudoun County Sheriff's Office spokesman Kraig Troxell said.
A preliminary investigation found that the car left the north side of the road, struck a tree and rolled several times. Planicka, who was not wearing his seat belt, was ejected from the car and died at the scene, Troxell said.
The crash remains under investigation

Not one of us but still REALLY sad. 
I drive through that area quite a bit and know that road well. Tons of curves and nutty drivers. Definitely not a place to get careless.
