Default Bent fenders

Any have pics, or the link, for a thread I saw a while ago on a members bent fenders? I think he went to get tires put on (at NTB?) and the car would not fit on a lift, so they pulled the car up by the front fender wells which creased the fender.

Guess what has happened to me.

Already working on it. It is a local shop and he has put me in touch with a guy he know who removes dents. He is not being an a** about it, which helps. But at the same time, he is denying he caused them which is bringing me to the forum in search of pictures to help my case.

Further, I have pics taken 4 days before that show the car without the creases, so I am just adding to my defense if need be.

I think that would be an awesome defense

Hopefully he admits fault and your car gets put back to the way it was...

Went to the body shop today for an estimate. $700!! And, they indicated they looked like palm prints on the fender, not the type of damage I said it was caused by. Crap. Going for second opnion Monday.

If the next shop indicates it was plausible the damage was caused in another way than lifting on the fenders, I will have a dilema. The tech may have leaned on the car, but so may have some schmo in the parking lot at work.

$700 does not seem worth it--a repaint would be involved and Suzuka is a paint to match. Maybe I'll get the whole thing painted Imola, and keep the blue interior. And stock barf bags.

Hoping some pictures materialize soon. Please.
