Bixenon wiring help for a Honda Civic 03

Anyone know anything about lighting? Currently I have a 2003 Honda Civic with a e46 bixenon setup. My old harness blew but I just received a new one but for some reason, I am not able to figure it out. I thought it was worth a shot to try here, on s2ki. Of course, Im willing to compensate for time/labor.
