Default Bumper tab relocation help needed ASAP

I'm taking a very unplanned trip this weekend (~17 hrs) in the S and would really like to take care of my rubbing issue before then. I've rolled my fenders, so I think I just need to do the bumper tab relocation.

DIY Guide

Can anyone around Gaithersburg/Rockville help me out on Wednesday or Friday evening? It looks pretty simple, but I don't really have any tools anymore.

I know this is last minute, but thought I'd ask. Can offer dinner/beer/cash for some help!

I'm in Winchester (kinda far hike for you) BUT, if that doesn't bother you, i'd be willing to help you out. I just did this last week. Very very simple. Only took about an hour and that was my first time, now I know exactly what tools are needed and what needs to be done

Thank you so much for offering! Too bad you are so far However, I may end up taking off part of Friday to prep for the trip, so I may take you up on it if no one local can help.
