I can't believe this! Why do bad things have to happen to good people? He was a fantastic all around person and the rare times I got to hang with him were always a pleasure. He will be missed.

Cale is

so laid back

so unassuming

so unselfish

so helpful
and so talented. He was a great pilot and amazing driver. I rode with him yesterday and can now appreciate why he was +1 second quicker than me around Summit Main. The guy had The Right Stuff.

What a shock and a tragedy. I only met Cale a few times in person, but his quality of character and kindness of heart were apparent from the beginning.

My thoughts are with him and his family...

At Wake The Dragon we were the first ones up on Saturday morning. We went out of a run and I shot this video for him at the overlook.
