Default Car cover

My car is down and out so does anyone have a car cover designed specifically for the honda s2000? I will unfortunately be leaving my car out for a few weeks sitting and would much rather have it somewhat protected. I will need it ASAP and until the end of this month. I will happily buy a used one too if anyone has one for sale.

I dont know how good the official Honda one is, but I'd like a nice one.

Thanks.

The official one is just a dust cover, not an outdoor cover. You want something like the covercraft weathershield. It runs ~$200+ new.

The Honda OEM you mentioned is a dust cover and for use indoors only. Sounds like you need something that is weatherproof. I would try some of the local auto stores (Advance, Pep Boys, etc) and look for something cheap since you only need it temporarily. But be careful that the cover won't scratch your paint due to wind action.

Mike, I've got an OEM one that you are welcome to use for as long as you need.

ok so OEM is not the way to go. thanks. I wouldve guessed it wouldve been higher quality but I guess not. I'm not too worried about the paint job because its already horrible, but I don't want to use a tarp either for all those rednecks out there. I'll check out the local shops I guess. $200 is a bit more then I was hoping to spend for a couple of weeks but I'll keep it in mind. I've heard thier stuff is great.

I have a nice weather proof cover for the S2k, has a cable and lock too just have to find it. I garage my car now so I dont really need to use it until I put it away for the winter. Tom
