Regarding the rest of the instructions offered...they're right on the money . Dude, I've cleared over 300 sets of headlights now. And I can promise you, even the least experienced should be able to handle the swap in approx. 1 hour.

Biggest thing to remember is to not touch the glass bulb. Handle them similar to halogen bulbs...hold by its base, never let fingers/oils touch glass or you'll create 'hot spots' which significantly reduces the life of the bulb.





...But you were asking for a shop, not instructions on how to do this. So, my recommendation would be to take it to your local Honda service center. They've replaced untold numbers of bulbs for Honda owners .
