Cheapest Place to Balance/Mount Tires
You're in Centerville, PM Naim Narif he knows a place in Manassas that does it fairly cheap. He used to get his Porsche tires replaced there.
I got my 2 rears done at Sears for $50 (I didn't know better).
Due to my "little incident", I ended up getting my fronts changed a week after as well. Then Naim told me to just go to a local tire/used tire shop. I got 2 fronts done for $20-25.
Make sure they can do a low profile tires. (It turned out the owner of the place also owns a S2000, nice guy)

ditto that, if you're getting your GTUs mounted then make sure they can do low profile tires and that they understand how expensive (and new) the rims are so they don't scratch them.
for me, saving 30-40 dollars is not worth going to a sketchy mounter/balancer.
