It's just a picture...who cares if they are crossing the line? It doesn't mean they do it in traffic. I don't see why everyone is getting so worked up about a couple of pictures.

The Dragon takes few prisoners...many that have to face such asshats simply get the joy of dumping their car into the side of the mountain (if they're lucky). ^^ The reason is simple, 95% of the turns on the Dragon are blind, come with us to the next run and have a bike doing 50 or 60 and cutting the corner and see how much of a pucker factor it gives you trying not to hit him.

Not to mention the signs posted at the Dragon....
