And progress on our home...here are some photos taken earlier today...
...can't wait to see the S2000...and the ELEMENT in their new garage (home)
Of course...Dave has his Nazi inspector guy and apparently his brother (or next of kin) works here in Eastern Carolina...because our home found some from the building inspector. Little fixes really, which make me feel even better that the inspector is doing his job. This delays the construction process, but better they do it right...if you know what I mean.
Anyway, as I snapped these shots, they were working on the items and I heard one of the construction guys say that sheetrock will be in before the weekend. WOOHOO!!!
Oh...but wait...I nearly forgot this picture...Niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice! Seems the folks placing the sod crushed some of the vital pipes.
Okay... ... New pics for the thread (although actually I'm behind on taking some of the latest erection pics).
All in all, this erection is still proceeding nicely Grass comin' up ever'where (so I won't be livin' in complete DIRT over the summer ). All painting & trimming has been completed. Tile dude needs to come in for master bath corner soak tub & standing shower. Countertops, well, and electricity should be done within another week. Once electricity is pulled to house & barn, I'll be golden . Then my heat pump gets tied to the HVAC...and I can install my hardwood flooring . As for Taska's barn...honestly they're now down to just awaiting the electricity pull from the road . Fencing (3-board oak) installer should be on-site within next 2 weeks to begin fencing pastures.
