EVENT : Freakin' Fall Frolic
NELLYSFORD DRIVE AND LUNCH
Some of you may remember our March 28, 2004 Meet - March Meltdown. Through the 2006 year I have wanted to put on a large event for the Mid-Atlantic Community - a nice fun lunch and drive! Thinking back through all of the drives we have done - this was quite possibly my favorite. Let's do it again!!!!

We will be meeting at 11:30 AM and begin lunch at approximately 12:00 PM. Even though we would all like to get to the driving part, I do not find it fair to rush people eating lunch so we can begin driving. With that said, the driving will begin once the last person has cleared their plate. Please don't take forever...
The Afton Mountain Drive is a very fun road with many blind turns, which does scare some people. This event will be organized sort of like the Dragon. Members will be free to drive solo or in packs as they wish. If someone would like to organize a large group together, perhaps a reserved or even very aggressive one... let me know and I will see if I can set it up!

im a new comer, this will be my first but ill defintly be there, i live down in roanoke so im glad to see something happening more down near my way. cant wait to meet some of the other fellow stki.com members!

Put me down as tentative. Since I keep summer tires on my car year round, I try not to drive it sportingly if it's below 40 degrees out. For me, it'll probably come down to seeing what the weather's like by then.
