Default Everyone still hibernating?

Just checking to see who is alive around here. No one is posting much of anything. What gives?

Agreed although I'm new to the community I do not see much activity on the site at all.

I did my first autocross of the season at VMP yesterday.

I won't be back there though. The lot is too bumpy.

Unfortunately, the Mid-A started dying a few years ago when the OGs moved on to other things. Not only are posts lacking here but the entire site is slow. The R&C used to have enough posts to fill a slow day at work, now meh, just regurgitation of the same old stuff.

I'm still autocrossing (so far) and I'm happy to say there are some good S2k people/cars around at events. Other than that I think I'd end up classifying the S2k as a has been, not that mine is going anywhere but the enthusiasm just isn't what it used to be.

Ugh, I need some caffiene, feeling like a grumpy old man this morning.

I'm still hibernating, but I think a lot of it has to do with facebook. Much of the younger crowd just heads there.

Much of the "crowd" is into the hellaflush nonsense as well these days, and s2ki seems to frown heavily on that (as do I). So, I think many folks just post on FB..

I agree. I saw a set of wheels for the S that looked great (also lacking lately) and were described as fitting the S perfectly. I think, sweet, might have to look into these. Further down the "perfect" fit was described as needing a fender roll, relocated tabs and maybe a slight pull depending on the tire. SMH

I finally bit the bullet and rolled the front fenders to avoid mangling them at the track, but don't want to touch the rears. There are definitely a very limited number of wheels that'll fit the S, compared to many other cars.

I was in the market for wheels and was looking at RPF-1s, but decided to go AP1v1 instead. I can't bring myself to roll fenders or do anything that will diminish the "Unmolested Early AP1" status of my car. Maybe I'm crazy, I dunno.
