Default Fairfax County Help!

thanks for all of your advice guys. i knew what i was doing at the time and it was just unlucky. believe it or not i don't go around doing that at any time of the day, i just felt ansy and thought we were alone. it happens. thanks again

Um yea..

The officer doesn't need to write down speed as a judgement for writing you a reckless driving summons. You do need an attorney as it is a class 1 misdemeanor and a jailable offense.

be ready bro, i wanted to take jail time over my suspended license but they ganked it from me for 6 months, it was hell..... 500$ in fines approximatley, fairfax cnty is no joke

If it was me, I would get a lawyer. I know having to pay someone sucks, but it's better than getting something else put on your record. Just think about having this on there, and your chances of getting off the next time...
