It looks like we have some interest. Can we get a show of hands?

I guess the next step is to pick a weekend to have it, perhaps one that corresponds with an Auto X.

Then we will have to see if the B&B has open rooms and whether they will accept a S2000 group

I would expect this to be a smallish event as there are only so many rooms at the B&B.

This will be a loosely organized event; you are responsible to get your room and sign up for the Auto X (if we have one).

This would be fun! And an autocross too?! That would definitely make it a funner (more fun?) weekend.

Of course, Oct is a little far out to know whether I can make it or not. Any firm dates yet?

Ok I called the B&B

Town Hill

They have the weekend of the 21-23 open, the owners are going to call me back tomorrow to confirm.

Now they only have about 20 rooms so perhaps we need to limit the number of cars to around 20 (maybe a few more if people want to bunk up).

As this is a B&B there are only so many rooms with a privat bath.

They offer a country style catered dinner which we may be able to arrange, but we would likely need to pay for that up front.

Once I hear back from them I will post the details.

George
