To tell you the truth I never lost faith in sony, it was a old network with flaws that were exploited. It was only a matter of time before someone shut em.down. as far as the delay in service not that big a deal to me cause I'm the occasional gamer not die-hard by anymeans. As far as releasing info during outage I agree with Sony don't say sh't cause the scuzzball who hacked the san Diego site is still out there so why give him/her/them any info. I think most of.the freak out was.from c.o.d heads and little kids. I think Sony did great job.
