Sorry to see this misfortune slip up on you right around the holidays . But definitely glad you were not hurt!!!!

I have no experience to pass along as far as your inquiry to damages, but I wanted to post my well-wishes that you see to mending her quickly (and hopefully $$$ painlessly).

Glad you're safe...black ice is the worst. Don't think it's totaled from the pics, but insurance is weird sometimes.

Man it's hard to look at those pictures. Definitely a big damage but probably not big enough to be totaled.

BTW this almost happened to me this morning, twice! Luckily only left side tires were on it so I got a little bit of control when the car got squiggly and then 10 ft. after another one

Talking about using the word F@#$ and JESUS in the same sentence.

OK so I'm getting a lot more traffic on this thread than my WTB thread, so does anyone have any of the following parts? I may need them in a hurry if my insurance does total it out:

Stock intake
Stock front sway bar
Stock shocks/springs
stock cat, or a test pipe

If you have any of these and are willing to get rid of them, please, let me know ASAP. I am now in a mad scramble to pull off all my aftermarket stuff and replace it with stock stuff.

I have most of these OEM parts, but they are all back at Fort Bragg, NC. I didn't bring it along, as I didn't plan on getting into a wreck 400 miles away from home

I had a similar accident 2 years ago. The insurance company wanted to fix it and it cost around $11,000. Looking back, I think I would have done better if I took the money and sold my damaged S2000 to either junk shop or someone who wanted to buy it and fix it up. The problem is even if your car is fully repaired with warranty, it will not have the same value if it weren't in a wreck. I am just speaking from my personal experience. Glad you are alright. Make sure to ask for advice from many people.
