Default Got into an accident..

Roads were really slick out, so I was doing about 50 on 97. I hit a patch of black ice, and I lost control. I hit the guard rail with my rear bumper and rear quarterpanel. Air bags did not deploy. The trunk lid is bent to hell, the rear quarterpanel is damaged, and the bumper is done. My question is, is this a totalled car?

shouldn't be totalled. luckily your suspension wasn't affected and it's just cosmetic. hopefully they line up your new qtr panel properly before they weld it. mine's a little off.
